Dear Hanover Patient,
We are no longer accepting Vermont and New Hampshire Medicaid plans in our Hanover location. The plans that fall under Vermont and New Hampshire Medicaid are Standard Medicaid, New Hampshire Healthy Families, and WellSense.
If you have Vermont or New Hampshire Medicaid, we invite you to visit our Claremont location at 9 Dunning Street.
We accept all Medicaid plans for exams in Claremont.
We also accept WellSense for glasses in Claremont when you have your exam with us.
If you have an appointment that was scheduled for our Hanover office prior to August 29, that appointment will be honored in Hanover. Any subsequent appointment will need to be scheduled for our Claremont office.
